HP ANNOUNCES CUSTOMIZABLE PAVILION DV2 NOTEBOOKS


HP has started taking customized offers for its thin and light dv2 notebook series. The customizable dv2 notebooks will be available in Espresso black and Moonlight white colors. They can be upgraded to AMD Athlon Neo / Turion Neo X2 dual-core processor configuration.

The Pavilion dv2z notebook is just 1 inch in thickness and weighs 3.81 pounds. It has a 12.1 inch LED display, near full-size keyboard, SRS Premium Surround Sound and HDMI port. The notebook has a magnesium-aluminum alloy case.

Memory can be upgraded to 4GB DDR2 RAM. It is also possible to use a discrete ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3410 graphics card instead of the integrated X1250. Hard disk capacity can be upgraded to 500GB. Other optional upgrades include Blu-ray and mobile broadband.
